Items not eligible for return:
Uniforms with customizations beyond our standard catalog options, such as custom logos or designs: As these uniforms are uniquely tailored to your preferences, we cannot accept returns for customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Uniforms that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer negligence: To be eligible for a return, the uniform must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations or damages caused by the customer.
Bulk orders with customized designs, unless there is a manufacturing defect: Bulk orders with specific customizations are exempt from returns unless there is a manufacturing defect affecting the entire order.
